Built and named in memory of our mum, we’re two brothers running a warm and welcoming neighbourhood bar.

You’ll find us on Cutting room square in the heart of Ancoats, 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly and Victoria train stations.
The cocktail menu leads the way, featuring a short list of punchy numbers created to let the ingredients speak for themselves.
There’s also a selection of local beers and a range of high quality wines from around the world.
All our drinks are crafted just for you by our skilled bartenders using the best ingredients we can get our hands on.
